We do not guarantee that we will make an offer on any property, that any offer will be for a particular amount, or that any transaction will close by a particular date. RK Investment Company is a real estate investment/wholesaling business; unless separately and explicitly stated to you in writing, we are not acting as a licensed real estate agent or broker in connection with your inquiry.

By submitting a form or otherwise providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or mail regarding your inquiry. We will only contact you by SMS text message if you have separately opted in to our SMS program as described below.
4. SMS messaging program
RK Investment Company offers an optional SMS text messaging program for individuals who submit a property inquiry and choose to opt in.
